This is another recipe I followed from Cupcake Jemma’s book. I love a malteser and putting them in a cupcake sounded too good to  be true.

The sponge had Horlicks in which gave the sponge a nice malted taste which was amazing.  The buttercream icing had crushed up maltesers inside, I finished the cake off with a few whole maltesers on top.  This cupcake is every malteser lover’s dream.
