I am a huge fan of anything salted caramel so after finding a company called Sugar and Crumbs at Cake International that did flavoured icing sugar, Salted Caramel flavour was the first one I picked.
So I whipped up some vanilla sponge cupcakes to top with a salted caramel buttercream. It tastes amazing. All the icing Sugar and Crumbs make is white so you can always add a food colouring to the icing or leave it white and watch the shock on peoples faces when they try the cupcakes and they are flavoured with a delicious flavour. I topped the salted caramel icing with a blended Cadburys crunchie.
